Currently engaged in the main research work: currently mainly engaged in the field of competitive sports and physical education. In the field of competitive sports, we mainly focus on the enhancement of athletic performance of high-level athletes and the scientificization of athletic training, and help scientific athletic training from the aspects of physical training, functional monitoring, and load monitoring, in order to enhance the athletic performance of our athletes; in the field of physical education, we mainly focus on the cultivation of young athletes, as well as the optimization of the reform of physical education in schools, and the improvement of the students' physical fitness and health promotion. At the same time, it also carries out research on the reform of teaching and evaluation methods and tools for physical education and health programs, which helps to improve the physical fitness and health of young people.
